Notes

I added an additional 210g of Briess Golden DME 12 hours after pitching as I realised the OG (1.0342) was in style guidelines. This should have increased OG to 1.0395.

Fermentation at 18 degrees c for 4 days where my RAPT pill said that the SG was at 1.013 then increased temp to 2o degrees C for Diacetyl rest for 2 days before cold crash to 2.5 degrees c
