I followed AI suggestions for salt additions to 5 gal of RO water.
Brewed march 6, 2026. Fresh dry Lutra yeast. The past 5 have been repitches. Perking right along 4 hours after pitching about 82ºF
1st time brewing without flaked oats (or any other flakes), experiment.
