Notes

My first IPA recipe. Not a hazy, not a West Coast, a straight, by the book IPA.

...except I'm using CIP-076 experimental hops from Clayton Innovation Project in NZ.

The purported citrus, tropical, sweet fruit (maybe even vanilla?) flavours should bring some juiciness reminiscent of a Pacific Ale, also known for showcasing such New World hops from the Antipodes. So let's make it a thing shall we!
