After helping friends on brewday and bottling day for several years, I've started doing it myself.
Running a Brewzilla Gen 4 35L doing all-grain brews. I brew on my apartment balcony.
It's a west facing property that gets pretty warm, so I am eternally grateful for US-05 and S-04 yeast that can handle 24°C / 75°F temps.
I'm impressed at how very drinkable my beers have been.
I expected a huge learning curve to get good, but even making mistakes, they just turn out a little different than the plan.
Recliner, a smashable sparkling ale with lime flavour courtesy of Motueka hops.
Reindeer Games, a milk stout spiced with nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla for a Christmas feel.
Vice Draught, a low alcohol (~1%) ale inspired by traditional Aussie pub beers. Next version will add smoked malt to make it feel like you've kissed a bogan.
Kiss Me I'm Irish, a red ale straddling traditional Irish Red malts and German red malts.
I also brew clones of White Rabbit Dark Ale, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale and Balter XPA, with minor modifications to recipes found here.
