Notes

Low-alcohol traditional Australian beer. Not lagered because homebrewing. Let's see if you can just make a pretend VB/Carlton Draught with 25% of the malt and it's just low alc just like that.

45 min 69C mash for medium to full body. Trying to avoid a 1% beer feeling thin.

Not sold on the aroma hop choice, requires testing. Do CUB just use Pride at boil and nothing else? Or again late?
