Esta receta apuntaba a una densidad original de 1.068 para unos 25L pero al final ha salido mucho más quizá por un molido fino y un lavado potente de la malta y el trigo. O quizá 7Kg eran mucho para 35L iniciales jajajaj
Se olvidó echar el servomices durante el hervido pero se hechó durante el Whirpool/hopstand y parece que ha funcionado bien.
