Notes

Dry hopping not optimal. Dropped on day 10. Day 14 found both hop sachets floating on surface, half the pellets were still hard and dry.

In Fermenter 13 days at 20C. Last 24 hours cold crashed wort to 5C resulting in great clarity after only 1 week in bottles.
