My new base stout!!!

This round i adjusted the PH differently

increased the mash temp by a few degrees

used Apex San Diego yeast.

SUPER DELISHIOUS.


This version will have

Amoretti chocolate and raspberry craft puree 1/2 jug each mid ferm and 1/2 post ferm.

add a small amount of salt

add 250ml of vanilla...maybe more????
