Split batch:
Pulled half at flame-out before whirlpool for a UK Golden Ale and left half to whirlpool for PNW Golden Ale.
Whirlpooled half with CTZ, Simcoe, Citra - had to cut WP short...
Pitched UK batch with S-04 - 68 degrees
Pitched PNW batch with Apex Chico - 68 degrees
Added Bio-trans/dryhops to PNW as fermentation commenced on day 2.
