Notes

After mashing for 90 minutes, raise temp to 168 and mash out for 10 minutes

Slowly add dextrose @10 minutes remaining in boil.

Cool to 66-68 and pitch yeast.

Add dry hops at end of fermentation (within 5 points ~ 3 days) and raise temp to 70-72.

When fermentation is complete, cold crash.
