Notes

Cube and roast butternut squash sprinkled with a few tbsp brown sugar @350F for ~1hr.

Put squash in nylon bag and add to boil @60 min

@5 min remaining in boil, add lactose, whirlfloc tab, and spices.

Tincture:
-Make and let sit 2 weeks before brew day.
-Same spice load as the boil, with enough vodka to cover.
-Add tincture directly to bottling bucket with priming sugar solution.

*Best pumpkin beer I've had. Just the right amount of spice and the flavor is perfect.
