I scaled it down to 5.25 gallons and then rounded ingredients to the nearest half pound with the exception of the of the Chocolate Malt which was 0.14 pounds so I did 3 ounces. I also switched up the yeast from a Kveik Ale to Safale 05.
I removed the water additions as well.
The hops were free for participants of the Brew of Good event and entering the Alpha Kings competition.
This was the same recipe as last year but a different hop this year, so the amounts changed. Last year it was Columbus Cryo at 24.5% AA and this year it is Cascade Cryo at 10.3% AA.
