Notes

The BruSho fermented this batch at 67°F for 7 days. I added Belgian Special B to give more coffee flavor. The 156°F mash temperature is intended to give this beer a sweeter taste for the holidays. BruShu uses Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Pie Spice.
