I found this online several years back and I really loved this when I could find it in Atlanta. Added some HBC 472 for a Barrel Aged effect.

I keep messing around with the grains. Different Chocolates, Some Flaked Oats for mouthfeel (can't decide is a stout or a porter - original beer was an "Imperial Porter".)

It might be better with Columbus hops - one of my favorite stouts is Southern Tier Mokah and they only use Columbus in that. It's also only got 25 IBUs...something to ponder. Mokah has a great chocolate flavor.
