Notes
Use proper starter to make a strong starter with yeast.
Mash 152 60 minutes.
Boil 60 minutes, adding hops per schedule.
Chill to 50 before adding yeast. Pitch and ferment at 50 for 2 weeks.
Raise temp by 2/day until at 60*; Leave for 4 days.
Bring to room temp for 3 days.
Package and lager for 2 months.
