Decided to just use tap water and see how it goes.

Smell started shifting after day 4 and has even out the yeast smell. You now very clearly can smell the hops and the malt.

Color is as expected.

Cold crashed for 2 days.

Carbonated in Keg with carb stone for 36 hours. (IPA Levels)
