Notes
Ferment 55-58 for 5 days (still actively fermenting krausen visible). Add dry hops loose move to a few degrees warmer (58-60) for 2 days then move to 67-68 ambient to finish active fermentation and d-rest. When complete transfer to keg and lager. Transferred to keg on day 13. Placed in kegerator to lager until desired flavor is reached 3-4 weeks or longer.
