Strike temp = 159.8 degrees F.
60 minute mash @ 153 degrees F (10 gallons)
SG = 11.49 Brix = 1.048 g/L
OG = 16.5 Brix = 1.0676 g/L
FG = 1.019 g/L
0.5 tsp of ginger, nutmeg, clove, cinnamon, and vanilla extract
Kegged 3 gallons on 11/30/2021
Bottled 1.5 gallons as well. I used 1.5 ounces of corn sugar for priming.
