Notes

HIT PERFECTLY BOTH ORIGINAL AND FINAL GRAVITY . STILL IN SECONDARY , BUT THE SAMPLE ALREADY SMELLED GREAT . PROBABLY FOR A FUTURE BREW ILL ADD MORE GRAIN AND OATS SINCE ITS DOESNT SEEMS TO BE AS HAZY AS I WISHED TO...

Final result is perfect ! carbonated in keg at 25 psi for 3/4 days and then to 12psi for 2 days . Amazing head / foam very creamy and perfeclty balanced . will brew this again !
