Ingen humle i selve kokeprosessen. Kun i whirlpool på 80 grader i 20 min. Kjøl så ned til gjæringstemp 18-20 grader. Tørrhumling på dag 3 - dvs før 50% utgjæring etter ca 70 timer etter brygget er satt.
