Notes

This is a variation of the Hunahpu clone recipe found here: https://www.homebrewtalk.com/threads/a-tribute-to-hunahpu.406876/

For Spice Mix:
4 vanilla beans,
1 cinnamon stick,
1 dried ancho pepper
1 dried pasilla pepper
1 dried guajillo pepper.

Split and scrape vanilla beans. Chop peppers, discard loose seeds. Add ingredients to mason jar and fill with spirit of choice. Shake daily allow to soak for at least a week.

Strain and add spice mix to taste in secondary.

Add habanero puree a couple of ounces at a time until desired heat is reached.
