Notes

Used 2nd generation WL840 from previous batch of American Lager. Excellent beer, reminisient of a German Pils with a lot more more body, or maybe an over-bitter Dortmunder. Hops aromatics/bitterness spot on for the style. In a judging scenario, it would probably score better as a Pre-Pro if the carafoam was increased and temp rests evened out between 148 and 160 to increase body. Maybe 45 mins each.
