OG 1.048. Very happy with this. Good golden colour too.
I am hoping the higher mash temp should leave some residual sweetness as the hops are going to give it quite a bite.
Muntons Gervin is apparently Nottingham which I quite like.
Day10: 1.008. If the same on Day 12 will bottle. Sample tasted good. Decent bitterness and some residual sweetness.
Bumped temp to 18.5 and then 19c to try to get some esters and clear up.
Day11 late in the day back down to 17.5c
Day 12 1.008 sat steady. Bottle today or tomorrow
