Notes

This beer is great. It has a nice nutty flavor with a coffee backbone. I used Eight O'Clock hazelnut coffee and couldn't be happier with the results. I toasted the rolled/flaked oats and added them to the speciality steeping grains. Make this beer you won't be disappointed. 4 weeks primary then bottle. You'll thank me later.
