Great aroma, good berry flavor. Far more than the original beer though. Too tart. Need to mash higher and use a lower attenuation yeast next time.

FOR 2022 BATCH:

  • Increase mash temp to 150F
  • Increase Crystal 10L to 8oz
  • Omit lactic acid
  • Lower IBUs to 8-12
