Notes

Heated water to 80oC before adding the grains. This brought the temp down to 67oC. Steeped for 1h.

While waiting I boiled 6lt of water which I then used for sparging (3lt) and bottled the rest to cool down in the fridge.

Added 1.5lt pale LME. Boiled for 30min.

Added hops at 80oC for 20min.

Post-boil wort was ~12lt (from 14.5lt). Added 7lt of cold water and then yeast at 22oC.

Will dry-hop on day 3 (50%) and day 6 (50%).
