GRANOS PARA LA MACERACIÓN EN FRIO
0.30 Kg Malta Weyermann Carafa Special I 900 EBC
0.27 Kg Malta Weyermann Carafa Special III 1400 EBC
0.30 Kg Cebada tostada Crisp Malting 1300 EBC
Para la maceración en frío añadir las maltas en 3 litros de agua sin cloro y dejarla reposar durante 72 horas.
Después pasar la mezcla por un colador fino para dejar los granos atrás.
Añadir el líquido resultante en el hervido faltando 20 minutos.
Mash Out a 75ºC durante 10 minutos
LAVADO
Lavar el grano con 13,85 litros de agua a 75ºC
Carbonatar a 2,2 volumenes de CO2 o con unos 6 gramos de dextrosa por litro o 5 gramos de azúcar por litro
Maduración entre 6-8 semanas mínimo
