Notes

This is the hoppiest beer I have come up with. Should end up somewhere near a famous Old School Pale Ale you may know.

Do a full volume mash at 154 for 60 minutes, then raise to 168 and hold for 10 minutes.

Boil for 75 min. You could/should add some yeast nutrients at about 10 or 15 min.

Play with the Dry hop days as you like after day 7, at that point it wont matter much to the end product.

I put the wheat in just because I like the haziness it adds.
