Notes

Based on the Black is Beautiful recipe.


Make a 3 Liter starter 3 days before pitching and decanted the excess wort. Make a 1/2 liter starter the day of brewing and pitch at high krausen.

Steep the Chocolate and Black barley rather than mash due to MT size constraints.

Split batch in half and age half with bourbon/cognac/rum soaked char 3 oak spirals.
