En mi caso los cloruros se quedan bajos ya que no disponía de cloruro de calcio en este caso si tienes sustituye la tiza por el cloruro de calcio |

Notes
FERMENTAR 7 días, al tercer día hacer un dry hopping de 40g de amarillo en hight krausen. Cuando acabe la fermentación bajar la temperatura lo máximo posible durante 3 días en mi caso será a 10 grados aprox ya que mi equipo de frío no me permite más. Si tienes la posibilidad de embotellar con co2 o en un barril mejor, ya que no perderá aromas del lúpulo, si no tienes embotella lo mas rápido posible.
