I use a 2 pot 2 pump 2 burner system with a counter flow chiller. Brewed in the garage and fermented in the bedroom!
I try to meet style standards with my beers but I’m more interested in designing beers with taste profiles I enjoy. If you drink one of my beers you can expect wheat and Vienna to be present and generally I prefer Avangard.
