circulate with pump
turn off heat
circulate 12.5 g of yeast nutrient
cool in kettle to 80 f
transfer to plastic primary with brew belt and Inkbird to keep at 80f
when done transfer to keg and prime
add flavor when counter pressure bottle filling.
Result
23 liters at 8%
Jan 14 transferred to carboy after in primary at 25 C SG 1.001/2
it is very clear light ting of color in carboy,
Going to force carbonate the sample
Taste is ok, Great over Ice . 4 Brewers Friend flavors and one from
Soda stream. Counter pressure bottled and added 7 ml of the flavors and the soda stream flavor cherry 10 ml to 1000 ml of seltzer. Yield 19 1 liter bottles 3 of each flavor and 3 unflavored bottles. Krievik yeast is different, did not settle on bottom of glass secondary fermenter. all on the side ?? Clear with a bit of color.
