Notes: A split batch: half was put into champagne bottles and conditioned with Brett BR-8.
Brett conditioned bottles were entered under 28A: Brett Beer in Melbourne Brewers Beerfest 2025 after 6 months aging and got 1st place Sour and Wild Ale
Bottles without Brett entered into VicBrew 2024 after about 6 weeks and only got an 80 (27 average)!
