PreStarter Smack pack into 1.5l (v.slow)
Then into 2.5L (started almost immediately)
110ml yeast needs nother starter.

Problems with pH as last brew. premash liqour 7.65@25C
+6ph with 43ml added
+3ml increments have now added +60ml & Ph not come under 5.7

Curious,need to keeep going with AMS & understand buffering .

only 29l into fermenter due to all pH checking.
added full 2l starter.
