**All hops used are over 6 months old and have been stored in the freezer

Northern Brewer Premium Hops Willamette. (3.7% AA)
Northern Brewer Premium US Tettnang (2.3% AA)
Hoptimusrex US Tettnag (4.0% AA)
Hoptimusrex German Perle (7.1% AA)

1/2 tsp Yeast Nutrient and 1 Warfloc Tablet were added to the boil at 10 Min.
Specialty grains were steeped in smaller 1 Gal pot and constantly stirred to maintain proper steeping temperature 165F.
