Split wort into 2 fermentors, ca 12 liters in each post-boil. Fill up with cold water to 21 liters in each. Pitch one pack of yeast in each. Dry hops: 100 g Chinook + 50 g Amarillo Cryo in one fermentor and 50 g Ekuanot Cryo + 100 g Hallertau Blanc in the other.
