Notes

Finding something to do with the hops accumulated in my fridge before packing up and moving across the country. Also -- listening to a lot of the Replacements and Hüsker Dü.

Add sugar at beginning of boil

brewed 1/5/14
1.040 pre-boil gravity

1.080 OG -- little lower than expected, but okay.

1/25/14 - racked to secondary, dry hopped with 2oz mosaic and 1.5 oz simcoe.

2/3/14 -- kegged. FG 1.016.
Took a little longer to keg than I should have, but hey.
hop.bomb. Resinous, full-bodied, hoppy awesomeness.
