Notes

My 2.0 version is way hoppier tasting and smelling thanks to the double dry hop. Well balanced with hops and malts and a nicer aroma and taste. The body is less IPA and more pale ale now.

Lactic Acid added to Primary to counter rise in pH from dry hop.
