Trial ale - use at your own risk - work in progress


Ferment for 10 days in primary
Day 11 add Amarillo hops leave for 3 days
Day 14 cold crash to 4deg c for 2 days.
Day 16 transfer to keg (don't forget to purge the oxygen)
Force carbonate - 20psi for 48-72 hrs.
Release keg pressure and set keg for 4-5 psi for serving
