So this is the class batch.
Going to brew 10 g. but split it into 2 batches.
Ours:
Will treat water with chemicals for basic pale ale - adjusting with acid too.
Mash - then sparge - collect in one pot. Stir gently and split into 2 pots. Boil both on my rig. Different finish hops and whirlpool hops. Cool - pitch with different yeasts.
75 minute sparge
1.081 - first runnings
1.067 - middle
1.007 - last
1.047 - pre-boil
1.0 - OG
