Notes

Brewed 11/19, batch sparge.

Mash in w/16 L at 161 F, 1 hr, drain, add 16 L at 185, drain, sparge with 4 L additional, boil 26 L

Starter 1 L, refed with 250 mL a few hours before pitch. Cool to 68 F , ferment.

Dry hopped on 12/4 with 1 oz each of Mosaic, Centennial, Citra and HBC692.
