Notes
- Add maple syrup at boil.
- Steep 0.5kg frozen elderberry in 2 L of first wort runnings for 30min. Strain out berries and add at end of boil.
- 2tsp sour cherry concentrate
- 3 1-inch sticks of cinammon in secondary for 2-3 weeks.
- Use Vanilla suger as priming surgar
