Mashed at 150 F. Hit mash temperature perfectly.

Used two 14 oz bags of organic cranberries from Sprouts. They were frozen and thawed twice, then pressed. Added 1/4 tsp of pectic enzyme and added them to fermenter on third day of fermentation.
