Notes

Any lager yeast that ferments well at 58-64 F. Looking for a dryer finish, less malt accentuation.

I have used:
Wyeast California Lager 2112 ,
White Labs WLP-850 Copenhagen Lager

Dryer Baltic porter. I have made this about 10 times in batch sizes from 5 to 65 gallons. Recipe is pretty forgiving for scaling up or down. Always a crowd favorite. Named for Vic my brewing partner, who is Hungarian American.
