Ph of Mash was a low 5.37, likely due to the addition of the extra malt at the end.

Ph of the sparge was 5.55 or so, which seems fine.

Pleasant taste

22.7.19. Violent fermentation reaching 25 C, required to spray with water and put a couple of cool packs on it.
