13 oz Carnation Malted Milk Powder (chocolate)

Set cereal killer to .030.

Heat strike water to 166 (it should drop to 154 when grain is added)
Add strike water to bagged mash tun-stir in grains for 5 mins

Screw on lid and let sit for 1 hour.

Heat sparge water to 170

Using pulley, pull grain bag from mash tun to drain-squeeze bag w/ gloves

lower bag into sparge bucket-stir for 5 mins, then let soak for 30 mins. Repeat pulley process.

Add first and second runnings to kettle-heat to boiling. Make note of pre-boil water level.

Add hops according to schedule. When boil is complete, make note of post-boil water level.
