solid recipe and very pleased with the results. very bitter so I would probably tone down the bitterness @ 10-20%. Not much flavor from the pilloncillo - probably covered up by all the hops. :)

Bitterness level a bit high, but quite a tasty beer. Very smooth.

this is a damn good beer. I'd make it again though I made cut back on the hop bitterness slightly.
