Notes

Pitched it onto yeast cake of a normal wit, would probably swap out pale malt with pilsner malt.

the notes translated: We cast this strong wheat beer over the yeast cake from wheat beer to Joost, it's a pretty modified, it has painted more than 1.7kg wheat beer recipe, had to calculate the amount of water and place in barrel indulge because of this. We can boil carapils and Belgian biscuit malts separately in the boiler (check the temp in it or find a solution to it). Adds sugar in saucepan of boiling, this need not indulge.
