Notes
  • Target Mash pH is 5.4+
  • Add all sugar after sparge and as the wort approaches a boil. Turn of heat before add and stir vigorously.
    -Boil for 6 hours. As volume decreases turn up intensity of flame for a more vigorous boil. Also, add 2-3 drops of fermcap to help tame this.
    -Use 4g of yeast nutrient with 15mins left in boil
    -when transferring to fermentor splash as much as possible in an effort to introduce O2
    -Add 8ml of Clarity Ferm prior to pitching 300-500ml of Conan Yeast
