Mash 2/3 grains for 60 minutes
Mash 1/3 grains for 20 minutes (in wort from first 2/3)

After boil gravity was 1.056, so I added 2 cups table sugar.

Slow bubbling noticed at 20 hrs.
Vigorous bubbling at 36 hrs.
